I have no prior experience with this company but this little hub is a nice way to add a gigabit network adapter and some extra USB3 ports at the same time. It is super light and has a short cord so it is probably best suited for travel. There is nothing that really sets it apart form competition from companies like Anker but the price is hard to beat right now and I found no functional faults with the device in testing.
With a newer Realtek ethernet chipset and a Via Labs based USB3 hub chipset it works just as well as independent devices you would buy for these purposes and there isn’t much to count off on it. My only minor dislike is that although it looks nice it has a horrible texture applied to the metal casing that feels a bit like really fine grit sandpaper to my skin.
